* Careful treatment of existing environment: close to one thousand new trees have already been planted to form our “Tree Library”. Many will remain where they were planted while others of optimal sizes will be transplanted. Likewise a “Rock Library” has been established where boulders of varying sizes and shapes are collected, catalogued and transferred to a centralized location where they are ready for transport upon demand. The same is done with high quality top soil – thereby minimizing the depletion of irreplaceable natural resources.
* Implementation of ecological norms in construction and maintenance across the board. All proven practical technologies will be examined and those proven most eco-friendly and appropriate will be considered, for instance, geothermal applications. A geothermal well has already been established next to the main office to demonstrate (in real time / under real conditions) certain proven geothermal applications.
* Rainwater Harvesting – roofs, balconies and run-offs capture and divert rainwater that is applied to a variety of uses, including gardening.
* Three approved lakes – they are in fact giant reservoirs that will contain (among other sources) recycled water, purified to the highest standard by a most advanced waste water purification plant. This will provide extra water for plant life, while minimizing maintenance costs.
