July 2009 / Tamuz 5769 Architectural plans and renderings for thirteen private homes and private villas in Cluster 110 are complete; permitting should follow soon. Consequently, construction of these homes is slated to begin b"eH in a couple of months. The homes in Cluster 110 will include seven detached homes and six semi-attached homes. These - like most of the homes in Eden Hills - will be two stories high and will include basements able to be fitted with special fallout shelters. The average size of these homes is approximately 350m² (3,766f²) and the land/lot area is, on average, approximately 500m² (5,380f²). These homes are elevator capable and include two parking spaces within the cluster (as well as more parking spaces within the complex). Some of the thirteen homes are already spoken for by certain members and the rest will soon be offered - first to members and then to the general public.
